Mukund Santhanam has spent over fifteen years in Capital Markets and Risk Management across leading international banks in Asia and Europe, most recently with Citigroup. His career experience encompasses trading, overseeing market and liquidity risk on flow and exotic books and structuring and implementing risk management solutions for clients across asset classes. Mukund has been actively involved in designing and delivering on training in Capital Markets and Risk Management for both internal and external customers in a variety of forums. Mukund is a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Chennai, India and a Post-Graduate Masters in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, India.
When he is not involved with financial markets related issues, Mukund is a fan of the outdoors and spends his spare time indulging in his passions for long runs, cycling, hiking and travelling.

Rajiv Rajendra has spent nearly twelve years covering different aspects of Corporate and Institutional Banking from Capital Markets to Transaction Services, mostly with Citigroup. He has advised customers on managing their Risk, conceived and executed client solutions to increase efficiency and lower cost, managed and grown Balance Sheets and Sales & Trading businesses, been a part of exciting new business launches across continents, and migrated and managed outsourced critical Business and Financial processes. Rajiv has built course content and been an active trainer in the areas of Capital Markets and Process Management for external and internal customers and leading Business schools, apart from being a speaker on Capital Markets. Rajiv is a Computer Engineer from PSG Tech, India, and a Post Graduate Masters in Management (Finance & Marketing) from XLRI, India.
Apart from advising clients and providing solutions in Capital Markets, Rajiv writes and directs for theatre, works on his golf handicap and is involved in philanthropic and volunteer work.
